AnesTrack: anesthesia record management for healthcare institutions
AnesTrack replaces scattered records with a single system where anesthesiologists log each procedure, attach studies and generate reports. We built it for a healthcare institution: API, web application and mobile app.

Anesthesia records must be complete, traceable and quick to enter, even from the operating room. Clinical information is sensitive, comes with history from previous systems and must be available only to the right people.

Authentication with refreshable tokens and role permissions, supporting several organizations on one platform.
PDF reports
A report for each anesthesia, ready to print or archive.
Fast entry from a phone
A mobile app and image compression before upload, designed for unstable connections.
Migration from the legacy system
Scripts to move users and patients from the legacy database, with a dry-run mode before production.
Soft delete and cleanup
Records are never wiped at once: they are flagged for review, with tools to find duplicates and orphaned files.
