Who we are
Demsolu is a software development team based in Argentina and the controller of the data described here. You can reach us at hello@demsolu.com.
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, your email, your company (optional), the type of service you are interested in and the message you write. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or fill in a form from our Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive the data you provide there (for example name, email, phone and company).
Browsing data and cookies
The site measures visits and performance with Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. We also use the Meta Pixel, which records which pages are visited and when the contact form is submitted, to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel may use cookies and receive data such as your IP address and browser. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or in your Meta ad preferences.
What we use your data for
We use your data only to answer your inquiry, send you a proposal if you ask for one, maintain the business relationship, and measure and improve our site and advertising. We do not sell your data or use it for other purposes.
Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Resend (form emails), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot verification), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Meta Platforms (advertising and ad forms). These providers may store data on servers outside Argentina. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes, unless a competent authority requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and maintain the business relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, update or request deletion of your data by writing to hello@demsolu.com. Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory body of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect information: encrypted connections, restricted access and spam filters. No system is infallible, but we work to reduce risks.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
