Zetta: a complete management system for Argentine SMEs
Zetta replaces spreadsheets with a system that invoices directly with AFIP (the Argentine tax authority) and collects with Mercado Pago, keeping each company's data separate from the rest. It is our own product, designed, built and operated end to end.
Many SMEs run sales, inventory and payments on fragile spreadsheets, or pay a middleman for every invoice. They needed an affordable all-in-one system that talks directly to AFIP, collects through local payment methods and keeps each company's data truly separate.
What we built
Sales and invoicing
Quotes, sales orders, delivery notes and invoices with their authorization code, credit and debit notes, and customer accounts.
Purchasing and suppliers
Purchase orders, supplier invoices, payment orders and tracking of what is owed.
Warehouse and stock
Products, locations, batches, stock counts, price lists and transfers between warehouses.
Finance and accounting
Cash registers, banks, bank reconciliation, automatic ledger entries, balance sheets and VAT books.
People and payroll
Employee files, attendance, absences, payroll and filings to the authorities.
Online store and point of sale
A store of its own per company and a counter with cash-up, connected to the same stock.

How we solved it

Direct invoicing with AFIP
A, B and C invoices, MiPyME credit invoices and export invoices, authorized in seconds with the company's own certificate stored securely.
Collections inside the invoice
Mercado Pago payment comes in without leaving the invoice and is applied automatically.
One document leads to the next
From quote to payment without retyping anything: each step moves stock, creates the accounting entry and leaves everything ready to reconcile.
Secure access
Two-step verification, access separated by company and a record of critical operations.
Assistant with usage caps
A built-in assistant that cannot access staff or payroll data, with monthly limits per company and per person.
